In what year did Washington State stop using textbooks in public schools?

My grandaughter is already struggling in school because everything is on the computer since they have no textbooks in school. Family has no computer.In what year did Washington State stop using textbooks in public schools?
Um this is not true...I am in 11th grade and we have books. Maybe she got home schooled which is online. Talk to the district, or move districts.Or you could get a library card and have her check out books according to her class.In what year did Washington State stop using textbooks in public schools?
