I am a radiology resident in a Teaching Hosital in Nigeria taking my uncle to Jeddah for medical treatment and I wish to know about places to visit in Jeddah. for islamic books. if you go to mecca or medina. the are sold in very very many shops around the mosque...



for radiology, or any medical books you can ask the king abdulaziz university medical school to point you where students their buy their books, usually they have lots book stores close by the school.

Where can I buy radiology and Islamic textbooks in Jeddah?
There may be a branch of Maktaba Jarir there (they have at least two in Riyadh). There are likely others as well. You may be able to get an al Farsi guide to Jeddah, which may show these.Where can I buy radiology and Islamic textbooks in Jeddah?

of course you can go Jarir bookstore at Sari St, Palestine St, Prince Sultan Street (north), or Tahliya St. (close to ring road),



if you want specialized bookstore, i strongly recommend:

Dar Al Bayinnah, at Quraish Street. Directions:

- From Madinah Road take east, on Quraish Street

- Take first U turn

- You will find a clinic. After that there is Quraish center (few shops in the street)

- Park and go inside you will find Dar Al Bayinah bookstore.

It is very small, but very specialized in Islamic books in English.
