Does anybody know where I can get inexpensive used but in good condition textbooks?

I need three textbooks for college this fall, so any information will help.Does anybody know where I can get inexpensive used but in good condition textbooks?
YES. try half.com, I got a bunch of books on that site for literally half price! just make sure it is the right edition. Here's another trick, don't buy the book before the class begins. If the professor is cool, sometimes they will tell you outright that you only NEED 1 out of the 3 books assigned. Or they will photocopy a few segments of a book thus making it a waste of your money to buy. As long as you can buddy up with someone for the first week or so while your book is in the mail, this method has served me well. It was worth it just to avoid that bookstore madness in the first week of school. Sometimes if the store sells out of a book, the prof will take pity on you and lend you an extra or even better the teacher's edition
