try www.ebay.com
you don't need books for this you just shout 'push' or 'don't push' and watch out for the woman getting you in a headlock during a contraction.
Ebay or Amazon have loads advertised. x
It's not a textbook, but Spiritual Midwifery by Ina Mae Gaskin is an AMAZING book.
