Do the questions on the international textbooks corresponds with the Us editions textbooks?

I have been looking everywhere for my next semester books (i.e amazon, directtextbook.com ..) and so far ebay comes up with the international textbook which are a whole lot cheaper! I already realize that the cover will be different, but description on the text book says that the international version has the same content as the us version. But there is a rumor about the questions on the international textbook that are not in the same order as the us version... so experienced international textbook users, are the questions from the international corresponding to the us edition textbooks?Do the questions on the international textbooks corresponds with the Us editions textbooks?
The content is the same, however the questions at the end of the chapters are out of order. I've noticed in some international books, the page numbers are out of order as well. The content is all there, but the page number and questions are out of sync.Do the questions on the international textbooks corresponds with the Us editions textbooks?
