I use several: Barnes %26amp; Noble Used textbooks (with my card), the University I am attending, library (which will let you borrow for the length of the class), sometimes B%26amp;N uses another retailer if they have them used (which is very reasonable). Some can be found at Pages books, others are on the bulletin boards on campus.
textbiblio.com - I just got a 145.00 text book for 85.00 - only difference is tht the 145.00 I was looking for a used one but all the big websites didn't have it cheap and this website had it $60! cheaper than the others. The service was the same but the price difference was big.

They had a list of various places you can get books cheap. Might be able find your Biology book on one of those.
I use Chegg.com because you can rent them instead of buy them. I hate spending over $100 on a book then getting less than half for it back. I'd rather spend $50 then ship the book back when I'm done with it to get it out of my house.
Use BigWords or CheapTextBooks to help you comparison shop (www.BigWords.com and www.CheapTextBooks.com). See the attached article for more suggestions.
