I have some used international edition textbooks from last semester wanna sell over the internet, but I have heard that selling International edition textbook is not legal when you selling them as brand new, so, does it mean when those book as used make legal ??? I don't see why you can't sell your own books but they are used not new. They are only new when they come direct from the publisher. It's like buying a brand new car: the moment you drive it off the lot it becomes used.Is it legal to resell international edition textbooks in Ebay and Amazon?
You must specify that it is USED and it is an international edition. Make sure you specify what language and country it is from.
