ehhh...it's hard to say. I know for sure that college book stores don't give you much at all, so you're smart for selling them online.
You need to see who else is selling your textbooks online (google your book and author or isbn and then click "shopping" and it will list out all the internet sites that sell the same book. You will see the lowest price that that book is being sold at and the highest price as well. You want to pick a price that isn't too low or too high or nobody is going to buy it from you...so that's one thing you need to keep in mind as well.
As for internet sites, I think maybe amazon is worth a shot, but again, you need to see who you're competing against in terms of prices so make sure that your book is going to get sold, or else you won't make any money at all from them. You don't have to list your books at the cheapest price that your used book can be, but you don't want to list it to be too high either. I'm pretty sure you can choose the amount you want to sell it at (as long as it doesn't exceed the full price obviously).
Another thing you can do is to sell them to your peers at your school. Post on facebook that your selling a book, and list out the ones you have, and bargain with them what price you'll sell it to.

Try http://www.eCampusTexts.com. You can at least get a quote. Your best bet will be to compare prices from a number of sites. It's going to depend on what the textbooks are.
