I am looking for information about textbook usage in Indian universities. For example, which textbooks are used at Delhi University and the same way with other universities.

Usually universities only provide syllabus but not the list of prescribed text books. There are lot of text books prescribed by various universities and to get a list of all of them is a difficult procedure unless you contact the publishers and sellers of text books.

Go onto their websites. I'm sure they have a page where you can see the requirements for their classes.
